A specially formulated blended mix of our sandy loam, compost, and peat moss, Top Dress Mix is the perfect solution to enhance your existing lawn. Spread 1/2″ of this material across your lawn, incorporate Grillo’s premium grass seed, add water, and watch as your lawn rejuvenates to that full new look your neighbors can be jealous of. The soil used in this mix is the fines collected from the topsoil screening process, and has particles 3/8″ or less, with virtually no sticks or rocks.
