Dumpster Rental
Terms & Conditions (CT)
These rules keep deliveries smooth and disposal compliant. For ordering and dumpster options, go here:

Fill Level & Safety
- Do not load above the marked fill line. Material above the line can fall out during loading and becomes a roadway hazard.
- If a dumpster is overloaded, the customer must secure the load or remove excess material. Drivers will not remove excess material.
Overloaded fee: $75.00 if the dumpster is overloaded.
Delivery, Pickup & Site Access
- Delivery time windows: We will do our best to meet your requested time, but exact times are not guaranteed. Day-of, we can narrow timing based on the route and driver feedback.
- Directions matter: Additional charges apply if a driver must return due to poor or vague directions.
- Clear access is required: Keep the placement area unobstructed so we can deliver and remove the dumpster safely.
- If no one is present at delivery or removal, Grillo Services will make the best decision if action is needed.
Obstructed / can’t service fee (minimum $100):
If our driver arrives and the dumpster cannot be delivered or cannot be picked up due to obstruction, blocked access, or site conditions not caused by Grillo Services,
a hauling/return-trip fee will be charged for the trip.
$100.00 is the minimum — the fee is higher for farther trips based on distance from our Milford yard.
Rain / Water Weight
- We cannot control water weight. If rain is expected, cover the dumpster if you’re concerned about added weight.
- We recommend allowing an extra day or two for open-top dumpsters on site to drain down when possible.
Rental Extensions & Return Trips
- If you need the dumpster longer than the rental terms, call in advance to notify us.
- If our driver arrives for pickup and no extension request was called in, a return-trip fee may apply (distance-based).
After 14 business days: $15.00 per day rental extension fee (charged automatically each day after day 14 of the rental).

Paint cans: No additional charge, but they must be double bagged and placed on top of the dumpster.
Prohibited Materials & Liability
- Hazardous waste is not allowed (pesticides, oils, fuels, solvents, etc.).
- Illegal dumping of toxic materials/pollutants is the liability of the homeowner/contractor of record.
- If illegal activity is discovered, Grillo Services will provide the origin address to authorities if questioned.
Driveway / Surface Protection & Liability
- We can place wood blocks under the dumpster corner wheels at no extra charge upon request.
- Grillo Services is not responsible for indentations, cracks, or depressions in asphalt/concrete or turf caused by placement, standing, loading, or unloading.
- Even if blocking is requested, Grillo Services is held harmless for any driveway damage.
Distance Surcharge
- Dumpster pricing may be subject to a distance surcharge: typically $50 past a 15–25 mile radius from Grillo, and $100 past a 35–45 mile radius.
