When you arrive: Pull off to the side so you don’t block the road/entrance, then walk up to the service window on the side of the office and speak with an employee. They’ll check you in and direct you for pickup or drop-off.
Traffic note: If you’re towing or driving a larger vehicle, take a second to line up safely off to the side before checking in. Keeping the entrance clear makes everyone’s visit faster.

Drop-Off / Disposal (How It Works)

Many customers come to Grillo Services to drop off yard waste, clean soil, or other approved materials. The process is simple — and designed to keep the yard moving.

  • Pull off to the side: do not block the road/entrance.
  • Check in at the service window: tell us what you’re dumping.
  • Vehicle measurement: an employee will measure your truck/trailer/vehicle and determine the yardage.
  • Volume-based disposal: disposal is charged by volume (yards), not by weight.
  • Dump location: we’ll direct you where to dump based on material type.
Pro tip: If your load is mixed or you’re unsure what category it falls into, ask at the service window before dumping.

Material Pickup & Delivery

Picking up mulch, soils, compost, sand, or stone? You can order online ahead of time or purchase on-site.

  • Pickup: order online and pick up when convenient (or check in at the service window to buy on-site).
  • Delivery: add items to cart and select your town at checkout to apply the correct delivery charge.
