This blended product has been developed to combine the fertility enhancing benefits of compost, with the workability of loam. Grillo topsoil is dark and rich in color, and has been screened to a 3/4″ particle size or less.

It combines native farm loam with high-quality leaf compost for a dark, rich finish and better soil structure—then it’s screened to a smooth, consistent texture (≤ ¾”) so it spreads clean and levels nicely.

Delivery Notes (Read This Before You Schedule)

  • Dump trucks are heavy: the best drop spots are firm, level surfaces (driveway or hardpack).
  • Soft/wet ground + tight access: plan an alternate drop location—safety comes first.
  • Prep tip: mark the drop area and make sure there’s clearance for the truck to back in if needed.
